Elegant JUST RENOVATED APARTMENT overlooking the SEA with private beach, beach umbrella and sun loungers. It belongs to a small and pretty 3-storey building facing the sea. Near Piazza Aurora, a few meters walk from Piazza Mazzini, but more peaceful!

↠ 2 Large TERRACES, one with sea view (dining table, armchairs, sofa and outdoor table)

↠ SECOND ROOM with bunk bed, folding bed, wardrobe with 2 doors
↠ BATHROOM with shower box, bidet, sink and toilet

The apartman is very good it was perfect for my family. we had only one problem when we arrived, can't check in because the cleaning company not started the cleaning of the apartman. we had to wait 3 hours after the 7 hours trip from Hungary with 3 children. Except this everything was fine. The beach is beautifull and the place of the apartman also. Emanuel was helpfull and very good host. We loved the big balcony door if opened the whole livingroom looks like a large balcony with see view.

The Location of the apartment is right to the beach, right to the city, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, with the bikes we had a larger action radius, great! with the air conditioning in the apartment you could keep your perfect temperature. In the Kitchen everything there for cooking. perfect!

Generell ist die Wohnung ideal für einen gemütlichen Strandurlaub ...
etwas schwierig war leider die Übernahme der Wohnung, da Bruna kein Wort deutsch oder englisch sprach und wir leider kein italienisch ...
Emanuele war zwar jederzeit per Mail erreichbar, aber es wäre halt nett gewesen, ein paar Tipps etc. zu bekommen.
Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos, die Klimaanlage war leider nur über der Eingangstür, d.h. relativ wenig Kühlung im Wohn- oder Schlafbereich ...
es gab auch nur einen Schlüssel, was manchmal etwas umständlich war, aber das war zu handeln.
Die größte Herausforderung für uns war aber definitiv der Zugang zu der Wohnung, da diese im 2. Stock liegt und nur über eine ziemlich steile und sehr enge Treppe auf der Außenseite des Hauses erreichbar war. Wenn man Höhenangst hat, dann kommt man da ganz schön an seine Grenzen und auch das Gepäck hinaufzutragen war mehr als nur eine kleine Herausforderung...
und auch wenn die Lage der Wohnung sehr schön war, würde ich sie aufgrund der Treppe wohl eher nicht mehr buchen, da sie für mich/uns definitiv als schon fast gefährlich einzustufen war - für ältere Personen will ich mir das gar nicht vorstellen, wie die das schaffen sollen.
Es gab dann noch einen Parkplatz beim Haus und auch hier sollte man ziemlich gut einparken können...
Der Privatstrand war sehr nett angelegt und mit etwas Glück sind nicht alle Schirme/Liegen belegt, aber es reichen schon 2-3 Plätze wenn belegt sind, denn dann ist nichts mehr mit Ruhe sondern da kommt das italienische Temperament der anderen Appartment-Besitzer so richtig durch.
Alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit einem netten Begrüßungskorb und auch zum Abschied gabs noch ein paar Croissants als Reiseproviant, aber die Treppe ist leider ein absolutes NO-GO und ich bin froh, daß wir die alle heil überstanden haben ...
