Location, easy to find. Good parking, liked the elevator and keypad access

The main bedroom had a funny musty smell. Had to leave window open to air it out the whole stay. Couldn’t find key to the storage lock box for beach equipment. Some things are very outdated. Could use fresh paint and new toilet seats. Also couldn’t figure out the tv in bedroom.

Beautiful Layout and views

Dryer didn’t work. We were only given 3 shower towels, Master Bedroom had a slight musty odor.

The location was wonderful! Quick, easy walk to the beach. Two parking spots available for the unit. Elevator to get to the 4th floor unit. Plenty of space. The price was good for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a great location. Worked for us to save money and spend on acitivies while down there!

The floors were disgusting. Our feet were black after walking around barefoot for just a short time. The one toilet wasn't cleaned really well and had something on it upon our arrival. The dryer was awful and would take 4+ hours to dry our towels! Needs a deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint everywhere. Vents were dusty and rusty. It was very dark in every room at night. No overhead lights and no ceiling fans in the condo. Can't turn a/c lower than 70. It won't let you. Thank goodness it wasn't super hot the week we went.
