Property was close to the beach. Condo was very comfortable and had plenty of space for my family of 6!
There was an issue with the WiFi but it was quickly handled and the rest of our trip was good.

Good amenities and full kitchen
Comfortable beds and sofa, cute kitchen .
Nice decor.
I like being on the top floor for the view, no stairs, but I didn't mind.
We loved being north of the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk.
Lots of dust on kitchen cabinets and many of the pots and pans were not thoroughly clean. I had to wash before using.
The air conditioner is very loud.
The extra fan provided was covered in dust.

This has been the best place we have stayed at so far in OC. It was very clean upon arrival. Loved the coastal decorations. The unit was well stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils. This was the perfect size for our family of 4. It was spacious and had plenty of room to store our items. The location was perfect. It was only a few steps away from the beach. We had a very partial ocean view, but it was still nice being able to see something. We will be back again!
The stairs are definitely a little bit of a workout, especially after a long beach day, so be aware of that if stairs are not easy for you.
