The facilities and host were fantastic. The only thing that didn't go well was that the city gave me a parking ticket for parking in front of the garage, which was one of the spaces I was told I could park in. So I would recommend others staying at this location use the garage whenever possible.

Close to shopping and dinning at Valley Fair Mall and Santana. Easy access to the freeway, downtown SJ destinations like SAP Arena and Paypal Park and the Airport.
Everything was above my expectations. I have nothing to complain about.

The bedrooms were large and kitchen was clean. The shower had great water pressure. AC worked well using host’s instructions.
The parking spot and garage are small. We had a truck and large SUV, it was a VERY tight squeeze on a busy road. The building was older and a bit dated.

Met our basic needs. Nothing fancy. Easy to navigate all interstates based on location.
Property was directly on a loud, busy street. Could hear every move tenet above us made. We were asked to remove our shoes, which we did, but the floors were filthy. Our feet were so dirty from walking on the floors. Definitely gross and disappointing. A few basic kitchen pieces were missing in order to make dinner. (no frying pan, cookie sheets or anything to bake on) Bathroom towels were full of lint and hair. We bought our own towels.
