Em geral gostei da casa, porém precisa de algumas reformas como as portas dos armários que estavam soltas e escoradas atrás da porta de entrada do apartamento quatro, o que era um perigo. Tinha uma boa estrutura, mas muita coisa sem funcionamento, como o fogão e forno. A máquina de lavar roupa tb não estava funcionando e pedi que arrumassem e prontamente o foi feito, mas o restante não. Apesar de uma boa estrutura, deixou mto a desejar pois falta manutenção na casa. Além do mais, tiveram que mexer no esgoto bem nos dias que estamos hospedados, causando um cheiro e transtornos no acesso a casa.
