- 4 bedrooms (3 with air conditioning and 2 with a balcony on the top floor). One bedroom is on the lower floor, equipped with TV and fan.
- Complete living room with kitchen with ample view to the sea;
- 2 complete bathrooms, one on each floor;
- Patio with barbecue facing the beach;
- Covered garage for two cars (at least 4 more cars can be accommodated in the courtyard);
- Large outdoor area, facing the beach, from where you can enjoy the shade of the almond trees, one meter from the sandy beach.
Noble area of Zimbros beach (on the right side), with a wide strip of white sand, calm water and suitable for bathing.

Imóvel muito bem localizado e conservado. A proprietária Sra Christa é muito solícita e atenciosa. A praia é excelente para crianças pequenas, com águas calmas. Para quem busca tranquilidade à beira mar, este é o local. Adoramos nossa estada!
