The hot tub lots of sand on bottom also fence panel next door had fallen down so no privacy so it spoilt the holiday

Good location easy to walk to nearby Holt town and just 2 mins to Holt Country park. Lovely and modern interior recently modernised. Very clean. Well equipped with everything needed.

Drive was tight for a larger vehicle. Took time to warm up. Bigger towels would have been nice. Pillows in main bedroom quite flat. A little later check out would have been good.

no mobile number to contact host. tried 3 times on the day of arrival using the landline number provided…. no answer! not very clean! hair everywhere cobwebs behind tv very steep stairs and not a good stairs layout for children. no stair gate at the top. very dangerous. small fridge no storage in bathrooms not very nice towels provided. old, thin, scabby didn’t know ahead of the stay what was included i.e. towels, soap on bathrooms etc very basic oven that takes ages to cook! parking space not for a large car!kettle needs descaling

beautifully laid out, very clean and had everything we needed, prime location for a walk into holt town or to holt country park. The Christmas decs and bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch. we would look at booking again!
