Villa Time For Us by Maspalomas Holiday Villas

The accommodation was excellent and in a great location. We were a group of six friends, and everyone had enough privacy. The kitchen was well equipped, although some items could use replacing (pans, knives). We also appreciated the basic condiments (sugar, salt, pepper, spices, etc.), so there was no need to buy them. Cleaning supplies were also available. The villa was clean and there were plenty of towels. The only minor issue was the bedding - as Central Europeans, we are used to each person having their own blanket, while here it is standard to share one large duvet, which was not entirely comfortable for us. However, the beds themselves were very comfortable. Also the massage chair was very popular. ;) A big advantage is the shop (ALDI) located about a 5 minute walk from the accommodation. There is also a taxi stand nearby, which is very convenient.

Low water pressure and hot water running out quickly. Also, the condition of some furniture could be improved – some wardrobes upstairs could not be opened, and the room doors made a loud noise when opening. Overall, these are only minor issues. I would rate the accommodation 9/10, and if we were to choose a place to stay in Maspalomas again, we would gladly return to this villa.

LA VILLA ES ESPECTACULAR, HABITACIONES AMPLIAS Y COMODAS, TRES CUARTOS DE BAÑO, LA ZONA DE LA PISCINA MUY EQUIPADA CON MUCHAS HAMACAS Y SOMBRILLAS. LA COCINA SUPER COMPLETA Y EN UNA ZONA MUY TRSANQUILA PERO MUY CERCANA AL ALDI Y A MASPALOMAS. PARA VOLVER A REPETIR!!

It was ok and only a taxi ride from the centre of Maspalomas and playa del ingles.

Although most of the stay went ok the pool wasn’t the cleanest around the edges and I had to ask why the fountain into the pool wasn’t working. When attending to have a look the maintenance man left it with the button exposed and left still not working for the rest of the stay. The cleanliness was ok although when we were looking for a playing card that was dropped ,we moved the sofa to find it very dirty ,dusty and even previous guests things left under it and down the back and sides of it. Not great. The last thing is the host took 400 euros as a deposit and instead of holding it was taken as a transaction which incurred a bank charge. I explained this is nothing to do with exchange rate and they have since ignored my message ! This wasn’t returned until we had left and they had checked and cleaned it ? Normally a host wants to check all is ok in front of you ! Might seem petty but never had this before anywhere else and this review could have been avoided all over £12 !

Great location and had all the required facilities. Check in and out being easy.
