أولا ذوق وسعة صدر الكابتن محمد بدوي والباشمهندسة ريهام والترحيب واهتماهم بالتفاصيل الصغيرة قبل الكبيرة والمتابعة المستمرة ثانيا نظافة الشالية وقربه من الشاطيء وحمام السباحة القرية هادية بشكل عام هي اول مرة ومش اخر مرة ان شاء الله

It is very pretty, cozy clean and near the beach. It is nice for a short or long stay and we recommend it. It has everything you need for cooking and relaxing.
We liked it in general just the mosquito mesh in one room needed some maintenance as well as one wc. And a small issue with WiFi that the staff gladly solved, so as I said we liked 😊

Spacious, quite, well equipped, excellent location, very polite & accommodating host.
Only comment is limited beach access. Will not be an issue if you visit off-season.

La tranquillité, la Balançoire, la résidence tranquille est propre . Piscine et plage surveillée .
La réactivité du propriétaire lors de la visite du chalet à fait venir de suite une équipe d'entretien du chalet pour refaire les poussières et nettoyage.
Et nous a offert un gâteau pour avoir patienté et le lendemain une panne d'électricité presque toute une journée alors il nous a offert une nuit en plus nous avons apprécié le geste finalement nous n'avons pas eu notre nuit offerte car il l'ont pas bloqué sur le site de réservation.
À notre arrivée sur les lieux premier à bord c'est propre finalement très vite déçu pas l'intérieur du chalet car depuis incertain temps que les poussières et le ménage n'ont pas été effectués . Les poêles et les ustensiles abîmés , il aurait fallu un grand nettoyage du chalet avant d'accepter les clients.
Manque de professionnalisme (une nouvelle équipe qui demande d'apprendre et à l'écoute pour satisfaire le client).
