The room had bugs and water on the floor and they assigned a tour guide for us that was very bad and a prervert he was passing ccommintd and it was really bad !!!! And we complained to the hotel and nothing happened

I had a food poisoning from their breakfast. I didnt want to have their breakfast the next day even though i paid for it. I was forced to pay, they even judge you that they ate the same food instead of empatizing.
Their AC exploded dirty water on my face at 2 am. Room *** , it was disgusting. Again they didnt empatize.
There was a massive worm in the toilet hole in the water. Imagine it crawls up when you are doing your toilet.
Management is ignorant, they only care about money but only money. Their food for dinner is tasteless and same price as other 5 stars. Do not trust the photos of the hotel reviews or photos in restaurant and hotel. They dont look the same.
Thrre are a lot better hotels around. They destroyed my mood and holiday.
