This is exactly what it says on the tin. A modern flat in a modern building, with all the facilities you would expect, even including a washing machine and dishwasher. Everything is clean and new, and the beds are good. If you know your Bydgoszcz, the location is OK: It's right on the Bydgoszcz Canal, next to the lovely canal-side park, and walking distance to various public transport options. Actually, in good weather you can easily walk to the centre and the Old Town, too.
If I must point something out, then the terry (frotte) bed sheets were a little weird, but we didn't care in the end. Some of the other houses along the street are less presentable, but then just use the park entrance and you'll be good.
