Just two miles from Old Lahaina Town, and a short walk to the local farmers market, this is the perfect location. A 7-night minimum stay is required year-round. The property was great with access to a small private beach within 30 feet of the patio. We enjoyed watching sunset while enjoying your drinks in the evening.

We have stayed at the Hale Mahina six plus visits to Maui. The location is perfect and the grounds are superior. We did have a problem with ghost ants which was addressed immediately, but don';t forget your on an island. The unit we stayed in is due for a new washer and dryer.

We had an overall great stay at this beautiful property, however, when we arrived for our check in time at 3 pm, the condo was not cleaned, and there was no cleaning crew around. There was trash in all of the rooms, the beds weren't made, and the place was all around messy. Once we finally contacted the property (they actually never responded through VRBO where we booked it, only through texting) a cleaning crew arrived, but we were not able to move into the condo until much later that afternoon than we had hoped due to this, which was very disappointing. Other than that our stay was great, and it is a very beautiful place right on the beach and the pool is lovely.

An excellent condo complex, and a very nice condo overall. Well furnished, updated and spacious. It was spotless when we arrived. There are a few maintenance items that need attended to though. The dinnerware was cheap and somewhat chipped, the glassware and flatware were on cheap side and somewhat sparse. The patio door would frequently lock shut requiring several minutes of jiggling it to get it to open, even when maintenance fixed" it
