Second floor and ocean front in Honokowai. Great for families! Watch the sunsets or the television on the 49 inch HD TV in the living room. Condo features a window AC in the master bedroom (with timer) and a window AC in the living room. Although though this condo does not have a built-in oven it does have a large counter top oven which can bake two 12 inch pizzas or an 8lb chicken. One parking stall is assigned to unit. Stairs only to this second floor condo (no elevators).

1. Kaanapali Beach – Black Rock Beach: generally calm conditions, excellent swimming, and snorkeling walking trail off the beach
2. Kahekili Beach Park (Airport Beach): generally calm conditions, excellent snorkeling and swimming, public restrooms, BBQ grills, and large grassy area
3. Honokowai Beach Park: great for snorkeling due to the shallow, reef-protected beach, Children’s playground area, plenty of shade, tables, and BBQ grills

Location of condo is excellent! Close to shopping and restaurants. View from lanai is great. The condo itself needs updating.
