Garden views in Honokowai. This second floor condo is on the corner of the building where you can find a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. There are stairs to the entrance, but no elevators. A window air conditioning unit in the living room keeps you cool. Entertain in the evenings on the plasma television in the living room. The sofa is not a sleeper. One parking stall is assigned to unit.

We stayed at Maui Sands condo for 6 nights, we had a pleasant stay and loved the location and cleanliness of the property. I would highly recommend for family of 3 - 4 who is looking for a comfortable accomodation. Stores and Food trucks are at walkable distance and a kids park with beach access nearby.

We totally enjoyed five night Atay at Maui Sands. We needed to call on housekeeping and maintenance on arrival because there had been some mishap and on our arrival our condo was not ready. It had not been cleaned and there were no linens and such. Within a couple of hours we had a lovely clean condo with everything we needed. The screen door to the lanai was fixed promptly. We particularly enjoyed sitting at the sea wall at sunrises over Molikai and and sunsets over Lanai, always treated to whales frolicking!

Overall, very comfortable. Just a couple small issues, the room was hot when we arrived, a/c not turned on. We didn't receive the check in for parking pass, and the additional rolls of toilet tissue were not supplied. A phone call corrected the parking pass issue, but we purchased toilet tissue for our stay. Code for pool wasn't up to date as security system had been updated. The patio had rack to dry towels, close to pool, kitchen had everything, a clean, comfortable apartment.
