Maui Sands Seaside 708 offers spectacular sunset views from the shoreline! Relax & enjoy the sound of the ocean waves! This condo is west-facing, mere steps to the ocean and the nightly breathtaking sunsets! A low-density property, Maui Sands Seaside has the ambiance and charm of Old Hawaii. This is a 2-story, low-density property. Maui Sands Seaside shares ocean access with Maui Sands. Snorkeling or swimming in the ocean is just a few steps away!
The living area is clean, casual, and open, featuring bent bamboo and wicker furniture, indoor dining for 4, and a fully equipped kitchen designed to make you feel at home and comfortable during your stay.
This condo has a king-size cool foam hybrid mattress. There is no pull-out couch, but we keep a twin air mattress and a Pack 'n Play for a 3rd guest. The updated bathroom features a large step-in shower, and there are plenty of clean, fluffy towels!
Maui Sands is oceanfront property, with a few steps from the condo lanai to stunning views of Molokai and Lanai. The seawall, observation deck, and shared gas BBQ are just 50 steps from your front door.
*A holiday cleaning fee of $75 will be added to check ins occurring on Thanksgiving (U.S.) and Christmas. For stays longer than 14 nights, we may require a linen change for every 14 nights stayed. There is a $100 fee for linen changes. These fees will be collected after the reservation is made. We are happy to schedule a mid-stay cleaning for you prior to the arrival date. The fee is $190.00.
*A change in the state or county tax rates may require an additional charge.

This small condo is a good economical option if you want to stay in this area. The property manager Heather was fantastic and all over every detail which made checking in and out seamless. The only issue I had was with the bed mattress, I saw other reviews about it being very soft which I figured wouldn’t be a big deal, but it was for me and after the second night my back was killing me. Luckily there was a blow up air mattress I setup in the living room which worked great!

The condo was clean but outdated. The Oceanview from the garden was a stretch. It should not have come up in the filters when I put in Oceanview. Heather was very accommodating and helpful. It was walking distance to the food trucks, which we highly recommend and to Papi, where you will find the best cinnamon roll!

Location! Older property but very clean and quiet. It was the price point that sold me.
