Remodeled! Garden and resort views at this 1 bedroom-loft style condo in the Banyan Building at the beautiful Ocean front resort of Maui Kaanapali Villas. Our condo is nicely updated and furnished. Watch your favorite DVD on the 42 flat screen TV downstairs or the 32" TV in the bedroom. Bring your i-pod and listen to your favorites on the i-pod docking station. Accommodates up to 4 people with 2 side tilt twin beds in the living room and a second bathroom downstairs. Beach chairs, toys and boogie boards are also included.

*The resort collects a $25 plus tax daily facility fee which upon check-in which covers:
Daily parking for one vehicle
Unlimited local phone calls & Long distance access charge
Daily use of fitness center

Our family of four was very comfortable in this condo! The beds were great, kitchen had everything we needed, and all was in good working order. The only issue we had was when we first arrived and could not find the thermostat (the air had been turned off prior to our arrival and it was a balmy 85 degrees in the unit). There was no mention of the thermostat in the information book, so that would have been helpful! We eventually found it on the second level. Loved the condo and the property grounds at MKV - would definitely stay again!

This was our 7th stay on Maui renting. Everything about our trip was wonderful. The condo itself is like coming home. We feel so comfortable in it and there is everything you could want in it to make your stay a happy one. This year there were brand new beach chairs and a kick board. Lovely condo and lovely rental company. We will be coming back for many more years to come.
