Large, Spacious Apartment Voždovac

Luka, the host is amazing. Excellent communication, extremely helpful, just great all around. The apartment itself is probably the best value for money you will find. Much larger than most as well. We stayed during a heat wave (35-39 daily) the air conditioning kept the entire apartment cool, newer unit. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, cutlery and newer pots and pans in great shape. If you remote work internet is super fast and stable, I worked at the desk in the living room with 2 27” monitors and could fit a 3rd if I brought it. There is a table in the second bedroom that provided space for my boys on their laptops. The place was very clean when we arrived, elevator and balcony are a plus as well. Location is perfect if you want quiet, but ease of access. 3 bus stops within a 1-2 minute walk take you direct to key spots in the center. A small grocery market is a 30 second walk across the parking lot. Walking for 10-12 minutes you have large stores, a pretty much anything you desire. Ask Luka about the produce markets, very close but a little hidden. Book with confidence, this place checks all the boxes.

Luka is a superhost - always available to help with any questions, even recommended an emergency vet clinic; was flexible to accommodate us for a few extra nights at a short notice. The flat is very spacious and comfortable for longer stays. Free Parking was available in front if the block. Public transport stops and many grocery stores nearby. Well maintained block with an elevator.

The flat needs a bit of maintenance, e.g. bathroom equipment, windows let the cold wind coming in, some window shutters are out of order especially in the bedrooms facing southwest. The kitchen saucepans and pans also need a replacement.
