An excellent place to stay. It features a small kitchen equipped with a frying pan, a pot, tableware, a drip coffee maker, and cutting boards. There is a comfortable sofa, a bed, a small table, and four chairs. Portable air conditioning units are provided in every room. There is access to a balcony facing a quiet street, though buses do pass by at night. The lighting is cleverly designed, with multiple switches controlling different types of lights. The bathroom is stocked with all necessary toiletries. The location is convenient; a bus stop for the number 26 bus (which goes to the historic city center) is just a 10-minute walk away.

Areas for improvement: - the shower door doesn't close properly and leaks slightly; - the washing machine door leaks a bit, so a towel needs to be placed underneath; - the bathroom door doesn't close all the way; - there is no a lid for the frying pan; - a salad bowl could be added to the kitchenware

Overall, I had a pleasant stay in this apartment. It is a small one-bedroom apartment with convenient underground parking, which was definitely a big advantage, especially when staying in Belgrade. The apartment was clean and provided the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

However, there was nothing particularly special or memorable about it. Some elements, such as the blinds and curtains, appeared a bit worn and could benefit from better maintenance. The property could also use a few improvements and updates to enhance the overall guest experience. That said, it was a nice stay overall, and with some attention to detail and minor renovations, the apartment could become an even better place to stay.
