Perfection! I would not change a thing about this location or place. We had the time of our lives!

The location is superb! La Morra is the most beautiful town I've been to and this place is right at the heart of town. Affordable and very comfortable, it has everything you need for a great stay! The host is super nice and attentive! He took the time to come say hello and gave us some great tips on what to do and where to go. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

There was not a single thing I did not like about this place. My only regret is I didn't plan for more days to stay here :)

Exceptional

Sergio was an amazing host. Very welcoming and accommodating. He helped us make reservations and made sure we had everything we needed for the stay. Contact free checkin was available (there was a lockbox with a key) but talking to him added so much to our trip. The apartment was in an ideal location, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. I slept on the pull out couch and my friend in the bed. We both loved the apartment and our stay in La Morra.

Superb

Very friendly and helpful staff, makes for not meeting anyone in the process, everything done remotely. Clear instructions and everything. The location is just perfect, road-level but in a mostly pedestrian place, very silent. A few steps from the overlook place. Two rooms with large bathroom and we'll equipped. Great value for money for a family of three. You can also make coffee and tea (a small supply provided). The town is spectacular, much better here than the more famous Barolo.

The room has few quirks, like the uncommon lack of shades at the windows and the TV instructions not matching the actual set, but there is free WiFi and entertainment is not a problem with a laptop or a smartphone these daya

We enjoyed the stay at the unit, and appreciated having an equipped kitchen to cook a few meals.

Location was quiet and excellent, with many restaurants and wine shops within walking distance. The unit was easy to find and instructions to secure the keys were clear. There were also 3 short term car parking lots, which was useful for loading and unloading our luggages. Long term free parking was also available nearby. Sergio, our host, was very friendly and helpful. He provided many good restaurant recommendations. He also dropped by one evening to say hello, which was a sweet gesture. The unit was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. There were complimentary coffee pods, tea bags, snacks.

The mattress was comfortable. The beddings (pillows, sheets and pillow cases) could do with a replacement. We did not use the spare blankets as we were not sure if they had been washed after the last guests had left. A few pieces of crockery were chipped or had fine cracks. There was only one bin liner which was insufficient for the duration of our stay. Not major issues, and we are confident that they can be rectified swiftly by our host.

Easy and clear communication with the owner and easy check in. GREAT tips on what to do in the neighborhood. Sergio makes the difference and made the trip memorable for me and my friend, GRAZIE!!!

Everything was very good. The only feedback I would give is to that the double the bed was too hard and the sofa was a bit uncomfortable.

Definitely recommendable!

Great location in the midst of La Morra, very suitable for exploring the Langhe region. The flat was clean, modern and practical and perfect for a company of three people with individual bedrooms. Sergio, the host, was very helpful both beforehand and during our stay, with assistance on various bookings and inquiries we had with local wineries, restaurants and e-bike rentals.

amazing fully renewed apartment in the center of La Morra composed by fully equipped kitchen, balcony, private toilet and big bedroom. Sergio, the owner/referent, was incredibly supportive and provided us with many suggestions on restaurants and things to do in the surroundings.

Location is optimal, difficult to find parking nearby, but not a major problem to find a parking in the piazza or along one of the streets. Room a bit dark, but this is probably due to how the small apartment is built. Bathroom not really well cleaned, toilet needs a thorough wash..Bathroom mat missing, in general not a big issue but shows less attention to detail than a accommodation like this should have. Ok, but nothing exceptional.

There is a street light right next to the bed so sleeping was a bit hard. The apartment is a studio (I.e one room) but it’s really well distributed. perfect for a couple.
