Stayed in Villa Fatima for 4 nights. Ok honestly it's not a 5 star hotel or something and there are improvements that can be done (for our whole stay they were doing renovations, so they are going in the right path).. Nevertheless my experience was great! Great air-conditioning, the room was clean everyday, the breakfast was ok (I'm not much of a fan of a breakfast with sweets), nice & cosy and a quiet neighbourhood. The best thing in my stay was the staff. Everyone was so polite everyday and so helpful in all my questions/requests! I would recommend it blindly!
The only thing that I could "complain" is that there isn't a fridge in the room

air conditioned, neat and clean.very good unlimited buffet breakfast. Bus stop is very in front of the property. Friendly and supportive staff.

Loved the breakfast. Location is immediately in front of a bus stop, and a 9-minute walk from the metro. A bunch of restaurants within a 9-minute walk. They have a self-serve bar area where you can grab a water, soda, or drink, and you settle your bill at checkout for the things you use.
Beds were so firm that they hurt - lol. Pillows were very firm, also. It was not the type of bed I prefer.
