Downtown Loft- Steps away from Plant Riverside!

The loft itself was very well stocked, clean and comfortable. The location was close to the riverside and walkable to stores and restaurants.

The only reason this property is getting a less than perfect review is because of a very loud nightclub right beside of the property. I was traveling with children, so it wasn’t ideal for my situation . However, if you’re a couple or solo traveler, and don’t mind the noise from the nightclub, it’s a great spot. The management team was very responsive and easy to work with regarding issues that I had.

Parking is very expensive, about $180 for 2 days, unless you’re lucky and snag a spot at the affordable parking garages, around 20$ a day. Living room windows face a nightclub so it gets very loud and stays loud until 3am every night. It doesn’t impact your sleep in the bedroom, but in the living room is super loud. Place needs a deep clean, but at surface level it was very nice. Nooks and crannies are very dusty and there was 3 cheez-its under the couch.

We loved the interior style! The bed was very comfortable and the living area was nice and comfortable also! Having the convenience to the river and the shopping was nice!

It was difficult to find a parking garage or parking space but once we did find the garage it wasn’t too far but we had to carry everything a couple blocks to get in! Unfortunately It had a smell that I didn’t like. Plus we had people above us on the third floor that were noisy at night on Friday and loud coming in from a late night apparently on Saturday at 3:00 a.m. making it difficult to sleep through the night! The management said they mentioned it to the owners after our first night but with the hard wood floors, it just made it impossible not to hear them!
