Built in 1869 for Mayor of Sav! Perfect location for Foodies & History Buffs! Next to Savannah's newest Deli - Urban Deli!, fab restaurants, the Cathedral, St Vincents, and easily walk to Forsyth Park & River St. Easy Uber/Lyft ride to the shopping & all that Downtown Savannah has to offer.
This property only has street parking.
Please note that on the 7th day of your booking, you have the option to pay for a second cleaning to have fresh linens on the bed and new towels. However, starting from the 8th day, it's mandatory to have the cleaning service and fee.
Enjoy complimentary rides downtown from 5 PM to 5 AM with the Downtowner app, a complimentary service for downtown residents. Please note that wait times may vary, as this is a free service. If you're looking for a faster ride, Uber and Lyft are paid services available as well, making your stay even more convenient and enjoyable!
We're thrilled to welcome your furry friends! There's a $100 pet fee per pet, and we ask that you bring a lint roller to help keep the furniture fur free. You MUST seek approval before booking because approval is dependent on the age, breed, and weight of the dog and not all animals will be approved. We're a dog-friendly space; unfortunately, we can't accommodate cats at the moment. Thank you for your understanding. IMPORTANT: Failure to have your dog approved prior to acceptance of your booking can result in an immediate termination of your booking and eviction with NO refund upon arrival or discovery of a pet.

This property was so cute! The location is amazing and we were able to park for free the entire time. We cooked Christmas Eve dinner in the kitchen and enjoyed coffee from the Urban Deli. The location is incredible and being on the square was so perfect for just walking the dog or having a picnic. Comfortable beds, clean, cool and eclectic. Totally love this place.

I had a wonderful birthday trip to Savannah with a great experience at my selected location. I looked at a number of locations prior to selecting the 1869 historic home and it was important to have an aesthetically pleasing location with quality features, good reviews on cleanliness without insect issues, good bedding for all guests, and (fingers-crossed) a coffeemaker. I was not disappointed! I really appreciated the location on the corner, with nearby parking (we got lucky and parked across the street without needing to move our car the entire time), availability to many attractions, including shopping, restaurants, etc. The host was super helpful with instructions, most gracious to respond to all my messages throughout my stay and even left me a birthday card! The home had all the character elements of a historic home!

Overall, my friends and I enjoyed our stay. The unit was cozy and clean. Unfortunately, there weren’t any real bedrooms in the unit, so we didn’t have much privacy. The first bed is located in the main hallway just beyond the front door and the other is located in the middle of a an open space right by the kitchen. Additionally, this unit is a corner unit and directly above a local cafe. The street noise can be very loud at times, especially in the mornings. Other than the lack of privacy and the street noise, my friends and I actually enjoyed the unit. The property manager was very nice and very attentive. I just wish the listing was more specific and clarified the layout of the unit better.
