Daniel was great, responsive, made sure I got my Uber/DiDi every morning. He truly cares about you having a great stay
Location is up a hill so a little tough to walk home at night, but area seemed very safe/quiet

the manager, Dany took really good care of the guests. He responds the whatsapp message in 30 secs, whatever the time is. and he always came out together to watch thw gust taking the taxi safely, waited after midnight and offered hot tea. the best thing is, that when I went to the nearby towns like Jardin, they offered to store my bag for 2 days in the hostel! no other hostel will do this, when i already checked out. (of course I stayed again in this hostel after coming back to Medellin). Also, I could take shower after check out, before heading to the airport. hot shower was good.
The assignment of the room is random. There is a room with private bathroom inside, and there are others with shared bathroom. some rooms have windows and some don't. So it could be very different experience depending on which room you will be assigned on the day of check-in.
