If you’re looking for accommodation with excellent accessibility and location, this is a very well-situated place. You’ll find shops, the metro, trams, and the train station all nearby. The space is sufficient, and you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The main downside is the noise. There is apparently a pub, bar, or something similar directly below the windows, and even with the blinds down, the noise still gets inside through the window, so you can hear it clearly. The only solution is to bring earplugs; otherwise, there’s a high chance you won’t get much sleep.

Excelente ubicación, muy buena conexión con el transporte público, buen precio.
Demasiado ruido, se escucha fácilmente todo el ruido de la calle. No pude dormir nada, no hay cortinas para al menos oscurecer un poco la habitación y por la noche se escucha el ruido de la gente borracha de la calle. Sofá cama roto y no había sábanas extras para colocar, paredes sucias. Nos tomó cerca de 30 minutos tratar de entender cómo se abría la puerta del departamento, prometieron enviar un vídeo mostrando cómo se hace pero nunca lo enviaron y tampoco responden el teléfono
