Riverside Gem in the city center

Chose this apartment due to its proximity to public transport and balcony with views over the Danube What a find!! This has to be one of the most well kept apartments we have ever stayed in. The facilities provided ALL worked, with no sign of misuse from prior guests. This must be really hard to achieve, so full marks to our hosts There were only the two of us, so didn’t need both bedrooms, but two bathrooms is ALWAYS handy The apartment is large and really spacious - plenty of room to spread out and feel really at home The arrival instructions were faultless (which was good as we arrived around 2am!) and getting into the apartment was trouble free Trams and buses are 5-10 minutes away, and the Parliament itself is only 15-20 minutes walk if you don’t want to use the (amazingly scenic) #2 tram The area is a hive of cafes, restaurants and small supermarkets. Everything you need is on your doorstep. And this is an area for locals, so no “tourist pricing” The hosts are really communicative and helpful - they really do want their guests to have an amazing visit

It’s such a great place to stay it’s bound to get more popular, and we’d quite like to come back without fighting people off 😉😉

This apartment is excellent plenty of space 2 bed 2 shower views of Danube and host Tomas superb very helpful before and during stay far better than hotel and decor of apartment very funky and spotless

Not a thing

Lovely comfortable apartment in the perfect part of Budapest (on the Pest side). The hosts were very welcoming and gave us tips on things to do and local restaurants. The rooms are spacious and there are two bathrooms which we found very convenient. We found the location perfect for our needs; major sites were within walking distance and the local transport connections were handy. The apartment is located opposite Margit island and the view from the balcony over the river was fantastic.

Adjustable shower head positioning might be a useful consideration - but this is a tiny bit of feedback.

The boats can be pretty loud at night, but we didn't mind. We felt at home and loved everything about it.
