Sehr gute Lage in Zentrumsnähe, problemloser Zugang, Frühstückskaffee und Supermarkt nur einige Meter entfernt. Im Apartment ist alles vorhanden, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Herd und Geschirr. Sogar Pfeffer und Salz steht auf dem Tisch. Einrichtung sauber und geschmackvoll.

Ein eigener Parkplatz ist nicht vorhanden, die Nutzung des Aldi Parkplatzes hinter dem Haus kann zu Strafgebühren führen. Parken an der Hauptstraße ist zwar gebührenfrei, aber es ist nicht immer ein Parkplatz frei. Den Schlüsselkasten haben wir erst mit dem Video des Anbieters finden können. Diese Kritikpunkte sind aber nicht wirklich schwerwiegend.

The space is pleasant and fairly well-designed. There's a huge closet so you can keep your things tidy and feel more at home. The bathroom is big and there's a tub. The little kitchen was really nice to have. It's also upstairs from a good döner place, and, big recommendation: the Chinese restaurant, Zhang, across the street is absolutely stellar. Gorceries, drugstore, tram stop and downtown are all within super easy walking distance. The building is very quiet and there is an elevator round the back if climbing 5 flights of stairs is not an option for you. It's super well-insulated so you barely need the heater even in winter. The cleaning supplies are all stored in the flat itself so if you need to run the hoover or change out towels or dish towels during your stay, that is all possible and helps to keep it cozy.

There is a skylight, which is great, but no way to cover it so you need your eye mask or something to be able to have proper dark to sleep. The ventilation system is quite loud but can be shut off if you throw the fuse. I thought it was hideous to have a plastic cover on the table, and I wish there was a proper couch instead of the theatre chairs which are more for decoration.

Bei Ankunft nur für eine Person Bettwäsche bezogen; zum Glück noch Ersatz im Schrank Auf den ersten Blick ordentlich, auf den zweiten sehr schmutzig; es sollte mal wieder gründlich geputzt werden. Es macht den Eindruck, als ob hier nur das Nötigste gemacht wird. Die Stühle sind kaputt - Plastik gebrochen, Schrauben nicht mehr vorhanden oder unter der Sitzfläche abgebrochen. Wie wir jetzt gesehen haben schon im Frühjahr 2024 bemängelt worden. Hatten schon schönere Wohnungen in Leipzig!
