renovated, well equipped appartment, comfortable, 7 min walking distance to ski lifts, underground parking

cleaness could be better (microwave and oven was not cleaned at all, dust under the furniture), unexpected additional costs, deposit of 1000 + 8,10 fees was not communicated in the offer description, old building

In walking distance of the Rochbrunne lifts. Very well-equipped kitchen for its small size (strangely lacking a can opener though). Excellent shower and wifi.

The biggest problem was the fact that the property is at the bottom of 2 short but very steep hills so even though it is only about 300 m to the lifts, the road and sidewalks were extremely icy and treacherous to walk on. It would have been very easy to shovel the ice away during the day, since the weather was mild and it melted, only to refreeze at night, bit this was never done. Only other criticism is the fact that we were only given one set of keys which, considering it is advertised as being for 4, is not acceptable.
