We had a great stay at Casa Marina, the location is great and off street parking a bonus. The facilities inside are excellent and everything you need for a shorter or longer break.

Location was amazing. Parking and access all good.
Rooms were spacious (aside from 3rd bedroom) and property was generally well equipped. Kitchen was good and had everything we needed, except scissors!
There are internal steps...a step from living room to kitchen and then two small and odd angled steps from kitchen to dining area which were hazardous for my elderly stepdad but he managed with support. May be tricky for young children or those with mobility issues.
The house was cold on arrival and feeling damp. Radiator didn't work in one bedroom but an electric radiator was provided. However this was needed downstairs as the radiator was not the hottest and it took a long while to warm through. I would urge them to put the heating on before guests arrive to address this.
The bath isn't currently working (signs up but no notification beforehand) and the shower in that bathroom is not working well...hot and powerful but like a tap, no spray.
The en suite bathroom leaked through to the ceiling below. We notified the hosts who were responsive although felt any leak was from the gully so advised we could use the ensuite. However it was clearly below the en suite so didn't risk it anymore. I did offer to whatsapp photos but no number was sent to do so. The carpet felt damp in the utility (and slightly in a patch in the lounge), likely from both these issues.
As a 2 night stay this was manageable but wouldnt have been great for longer.

Lovely size rooms, perfect location. It could be such a beautiful place.
The radiators didn’t work in 2 bedrooms, ended up with little on in our bed as the other room was cold a damp. Was disappointed that the bath didn’t work and could find a microwave. We usually go for apartments rather than hotel as the kids won’t use a shower. And for bottle to warm in microwave. The place need a bit of tlc.

great location. lovely house with the added bonus of the outside area.
unfortunately the bath wasn't useable and the shower over was a little slow so we all used the shower in the en-suite. there was a terrible musty smell of damp throughout which was most unpleasant when we came back from being out all day and all the windows were shut all day
