    Booked this hotel twice for the start and end of our trip. Hotel staff were very welcoming, explained everything in detail in great English and made us feel very welcomed. Amenities were as expected in a standard Japanese hotel - surprisingly unexpected were Refa hair dryer and straighter /curling iron and Refa shower head. Super useful having a sliding door to separate shower/entry from bed space - a pleasant unexpected surprise in how one feels in the space. Kose and Pola range products were readily available and they also provided Epsom salts for the end of day fatigue and sore feet. Especially appreciated the intentional greetings the front desk made each time hotel guests entered or left the premises. Towel changes were more than just towel changes as they supplied a full range of towels, sleepwear, slippers and toothbrush kits. Was pleasantly impressed with Daiwa Roynet Hotel Osaka Sakaisuji Honmachi Premier. Two major train stations nearby so very convenient for travel. Will definitely be in the top few hotels to stay whenever back in Osaka. Thank you for taking care of us!

    had a wonderful stay here! the location was great with many convenience stores and drug store next door. the nearest train station was also really close to the hotel! even though it is away from the busy streets of shinsaibashi, the location is perfect when you need some quiet time to wind down after a busy day of exploring. i would say it's relatively safe for female solo travellers too! staff were friendly and very ready to assist guests! there are also two laundry rooms, as well as a pantry room with a vending machine, an ice machine and a microwave. all the essentials you might need are also readily stocked in the lobby! they have the widest range of essentials i've seen for a chain hotel. though this might be note worthy; the pajamas are part of housekeeping! you don't have to pick it up yourself. if you're opting for non-entry housekeeping, they will provide a bag of towels, pajamas, two bottled water and other essentials. this made it super convenient! i really liked my stay here, i would definitely be back if i travel to osaka again. highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay~

    perfect hotel will be staying here again, right near train station and 7 eleven. Rooms very spacious and clean, staff were helpful and nice, 10/10

    Room for 2 person - the bed was placed against the wall and one person was sleeping close to the wall. Was an uncomfortable nite as unable to stretch well. The cleaning personnel was very prompt in providing clean sheets etc every day as i did not want my rooms cleaned by them everyday. I stayed for 4 days
