Dom daje poczucie prywatności, wioska jest cicha i spokojna. Lokalizacja wioski pozwala na dojazd w dowolne miejsce na półwyspie w ok. 30 min. Dwie łazienki bardzo się przydają przy rodzinnym pobycie.
