Friendly welcome on arrival and the facility was clean and met expectations of the booking. Quickly shown to room and things explained before enjoying the associated bar with friends.
Shame the food was not served later than 8pm as some of our party were later on, but that said with the location I can understand the demand may not be there to warrant longer.
Possibly were a question to those staying would they like an evening meal.

The location was just perfect for me on my cycle trip, it's quite isolated just off the main road. The host was very friendly and welcoming and let me store my bike in a garage.
My room was lovely, clean and tidy with a super comfortable bed. Bathroom was excellent, again really clean and tidy, as there is a radiator on the wall for drying towels I was able to wash and dry my cycling kit.
The bar area was really nice and the food lovely.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and served quickly as was pre ordered.
The bed was a bit too soft for me.

Toilet in bedroom without partition was reminiscent of 70s France! Not nice
