This is an older resort but it was in great shape and very clean. The staff was wonderful and security was present all night long and we felt very safe.

Very nice, comfortable rooms with everything needed for a “staycation”.
The kitchen is very well stocked and it was nice to be able to cook meals in our little “home away from home” instead of having to go out for meals unless we wanted to.
The facilities were nicely remolded even though the hotel is older.
There were no “older” odors and the rooms, bedding and bathrooms were clean.
We have stayed and the Outrigger before and will do so again.
You can not beat the location (ocean outside your door plus large pool) and you are close to shops and dinning establishments.
The caulking around tub could be refreshed.

It was a last minute booking for us, so we weren't sure what we would get. Very surprised and happy. Staff was super nice and helpful. Greated us with a smile and helped with everything we needed. The room was very clean and comfortable The view was an added plus - Ocean View! Pool was nice, location was nice. I would recommend this! Thank you to the staff - you guys are awesome!

The location of the Outrigger is very good. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. The view from the porch was nice. The towels were nice and fluffy! The shower water got nice and hot. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
The unit was in need of some updating. The sofa was not comfortable, as the back was low, and you could see the sleep sofa mattress with something hard outlining it, that was the same height as the back of our heads. We needed to use the bedroom pillows behind our heads to sit comfortably on it.
The bathroom counter was very low.
