O atendimento dos anfitriões é impecável. Eu tive alguns problemas com alguns recursos do chalé (mas foi falha minha ao não me atentar para alguns detalhes e para o vídeo que a anfitriã enviou), mas as pessoas fizeram tudo o que era possível para solucionar. São todos muito acolhedores, atenciosos, solícitos e educados.
O que mais incomodou foi o fato de o chalé não ter boxe e o chuveiro fica no quarto, ou seja, após o banho o quanto interio fica enxarcado. Também não tinha mesas ou cadeiras para refeição, mas a anfitriã providenciou uma mesa e cadeiras no segundo dia de estadia.
