The apartment was exactly as described on Booking—spacious, clean, comfortable, and overall a good place to stay. The price was also very reasonable, making it a good value for money. The only issue was the check-in process. I did not receive the promised message with the key collection instructions in advance, so I had to look for contact information myself to arrange access to the apartment. I also think the hosts could improve the guest experience by providing a few basic essentials. There were no paper towels, coffee, or tea in the kitchen, and the bathroom only had hand soap, with no shower gel or other toiletries. These are small details, but they make a big difference to guests. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but adding these simple amenities and improving the communication before arrival would make the experience even better.
