Proprietario super disponibile, venendoti incontro a ogni tipo di esigenza, appartamento confortevole ( solo con soppalco un po basso), attrazzatura necessaria in cucina con tutti gli elettrodomestici. A circa 10 min si trova la metro!

Desde el pirmer momento de la contratación del loft me sentí muy arropado por el trato y atención del propietario. Zona muy tranquila con servicios cercanos y a un pequeños paseo de la zona céntrica de la ciudad de Sevilla. Muy reconmendable.
Por poner un pero, la luz de un dispositivo que estaba en la cocina, reflejaba en toda la estancia.

Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la tele, pero nos lo solucionaron en cuanto pudieron, bastante rápido la verdad, y aún que le dijimos, que no hacia falta, nos invitaron a desayunar justo al lado, la verdad que muy amables. Lo recomiendo sin duda.
Que tuviese un par de cojines adicionales en el sofá, y las almohadas pero eso es un gusto personal.

spacious, modern, water pressure, location, well-equipped
the ceiling was dripping(more like pouring water) when the AC was on and i asked the host if he can fix it and he never answered after reading my messages and photos. So we slept with the dripping sound. And as I walked into the place for the first time there was a laundry bag of towels which i didn’t care for it to be there but it was gone the day after so i guess someone came in and took it.. without notifying me so i didn’t feel so safe during the stay.
