Super clean and comfortable

It was super clean. There were everything you need. All kinds of shampoos. Conditioner. Even toothbrush. You really don't need to take anything there. The staff clean the house every day. The metro was near, 9min walk from house. But not very suitable for old people. As the metro lift doesn't work. But the house itself is very accessible and safe.

I didn't like, besause the pictures of presentation was not the same

we were cold because it did not heat the room, moreover the sheets were not blankets, the bathroom is not inside the room, we were like locked in a room

cleaning was bad and last night was terrible, house keeper did too much noisy with her friends.

staff was friendly.

location was bad, it was too far to central. last night (31 Dec) we arrived home at 2am. later 30-40 minutes house keeper’s friends came home and it was teribble. they did too much noisy we have to leave at 5am from home. We never slept last night and have to come our house, our home is away from Paris, it took 6-7 hours. My boy friend drove car sleepless. last night was our the worst holiday in our life. So we want last night money back. on the other hand the bathroom was dirty. 😷

fine to sleep, but not necessarily impressive

lovely host aline, tidy little room, bathrooms are also clean and tidy, nice little space to sleep and freshen up, cheap laundromat next to building which was convenient for a 6 night stay in between other cities

smaller than expected, can’t open the window properly as there is no privacy to the street below, language barrier is frustrating, breakfast was stale bread/ croissant and tea, 30+ mins away by train and foot from the tourist attractions of paris

It was not a hotel but a room in an apartment with shared bathrooms. The host Aline was nice, the place is clean and has all the essentials needed. I would recommend for a short stay on budget (got a good fair for Ukrainians)

The breakfast was more like a snack, but still good to get some food before checking out. It took us an hour to get to the city center from the place

Great continental breakfast, with a good choice. Perfect for a match or concert in the Stade de France as it is very close to the Stadium and the M13 Porte de Paris metro station.

You will be staying with the apartment owner in a separate room with your own bathroom but the owner is very hospitable.
