Good location for the Velodrome

Nice modern apartment 20 minutes walk from the Velodrome. This was important to us as we were attending a concert and wanted to be able to walk back afterwards. It's also close to bus routes so getting around Marseille was pretty easy.

The air conditioning was only in the living room, there was none in the bedroom so it got pretty hot in there. We needed 2 beds and we chose the apartment because it has a sofa bed but there was no sheet for the sofa bed. Fortunately there were 2 large quilt covers so we used one of those as a bottom sheet but it wasn't ideal. Also there were only 2 bath towels provided, no hand towels. At the end of our stay we were asked to strip the beds and put the rubbish out. The rubbish we were fine with and it's quite a common request, but having to strip the beds seemed a bit much considering how much we were paying.

the property is spacious with a nice balcony. the bathroom is nice and spacious too!

the tap is broken and when running higher preside it just reattaches. the entrance to building is very smelly. the night stand is missing 1 leg.

Superb

Very nice flat with a balcony, clean, and comfy. Pascual the host was very attentive and explained everything to us. Lots of facilities in the flat, a Nice shop just in front, a very secure building with a car park underground. Definitely, if we come again to Marseille we will stay there.

The apartment is really nice, has everything for your . The bed is very comfortable and the area is very quiet and safe. Metro and busses are about 15 min walk. Cyril is always there to help, responds very quickly and in great English, which not common for France. Small grocery store just 1 min from apartment, which is very convenient as there are no other options around so you are lucky to have it that close. Checking in and out is very easy. I recommend it for your stay in marseille.

Bel appartement, bien agencé, calme et sécurisé avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Le metro se trouve à 15 mnt à pied. La plage du Prado à 10mnt en voiture. Superbe suivi par Cyril et bon accueil par Caroline.
