La localisation, le parking, le matériel, l’aménagement de l’appartement.
Rien en particulier, mise à part l’odeur des égouts, mais je pense que c’est partout dans Marseille

Très bonne communication avec Cyril, récupération des clés tres facile. Appartement au calme, tout confort, avec balcon pour le diner et le petit déjeuner. Appartement proche de la ligne de tram T3, pour rejoindre le centre ville et le vieux port. Vraiment une bonne surprise, nous y reviendrons.

the property is spacious with a nice balcony. the bathroom is nice and spacious too!
the tap is broken and when running higher preside it just reattaches. the entrance to building is very smelly. the night stand is missing 1 leg.
