L'appartement est joli, bien climatisé et très propre. Très calme la nuit. La terrasse est très vaste. Proche métro Baille, commerces. Quartier très calme. L'hôte est très réactive et aimable. The apartment is lovely, well air-conditioned, and very clean. Very quiet at night. Terrace is very spacious. It is close to the Baille metro station and local shops. The neighborhood is very quiet. The host is responsive and friendly.
Rien de spécial. Il faut être très soigneux avec les équipements. Nothing special, guests should take great care of the facilities and amenities.

La propreté et la position centrale du bien, en plus du jardin.

L'extérieur est très agréable, la maison est fonctionnelle. La localisation est parfaite (métro, bus, commerce).
Les points négatifs sont la qualité des matériaux au vu de l'exigence de l'hôte. Tout est de 1er prix, ce qui met un stress permanent au vu du prix de la caution, la porte de la salle de bain très fragile Le lit d'appoint (canapé lit) est très inconfortable(barre dans le dos). Électroménager 1er prix. Je comprends bien évidemment qu'il faut respecter les lieux Mais de ne pas se sentir à l'aise est très handicapant et décevant au vu du prix du séjour.
