The entire complex is well organized with two pools and children playground. It is literally on the beach, which is perfect for couples with kids. The complex is on a communicative location - pharmacy, restaurants, shops.
There was a strange smell coming out of the matraces. Also there were a lot of mosquitoes but nothing in the facility that could help out with them - like mosquito nets on the windows. The bath cabin was kind of broken.

Location is great. New refrigerator. Pleasant hosts.
Apartment is very old and needs cosmetic repairs. Floor was dirty, window drapes were broken, shower cabin is broken. There were stains on the couches and pillows. Towels were dirty with orange and yellow stains. To sum it up, the amount of money we paid we expected more
$$$$
