Very clean, modern with comfortable beds and air conditioning. Excellent host, friendly and helpful with lots of great ideas for exploring the city. Location is perfect for all the main attractions. A great stay!

A perfect place for a few days' stay in Bologna. Located in the center of Old City (3 minutes from the famous towers), walking distance to all places of interest, and - what was important for me - less than 10 minutes walk from the bus stop, which connects the Old Town with Bologna Business School. The lodge is a separate en-suite room in an old building, adjacent to the owner's flat, yet with full independence and privacy. The hosts are fantastic! Kind, helpful, and nice. Whenever we needed any help or advice, we always got it.

It was simply good - I did not see any room for improvement.

Stunningly beautiful location, very welcoming hosts and a very comfortable room. Everything was clean, i got the most delicious coffee and cookies every morning and windows were so good that you hear absolutely nothing from outside and can sleep like a baby (I did and I am not an easy sleeper!)
