Tilak Sharma, I'm staying for 2 nights, with my family in a very good location It is easy to visit the nearest sightseeing, well behaved hotel staff like (Ms. Megha). Excellent 👍

I had a wonderful stay at Regenta Place Amritsar. Everything was excellent, from check-in to check-out. The staff were very polite, professional, and always ready to help. A special thanks to the team for upgrading our room. The upgraded room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel has a great location, the service was outstanding, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amritsar and would love to stay here again.

there are a couple of areas where the hotel could improve. As a four-star property, we expected room slippers to be provided, but they were not available. Including them would enhance the guest experience. Additionally, there was one incident that made us uncomfortable. While my partner was alone in the room, a housekeeping staff member repeatedly insisted on cleaning the room even after she had politely declined. Although the staff member may have had good intentions, guests’ privacy and their decision should be respected immediately. This left her feeling uncomfortable and annoyed. Apart from these points, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciate the hospitality shown by the hotel

It was just Ok, any hotel with similar tarrif provide BF, but I was charged for 2 pax Room no 116, 117 both which we occupied, unable to understand as to why such treatment with us, even that staffs at Breakfast room are also not properly trained to deal with corporate clients I understand. We were given rooms in the 1st floor which was in very bad shape, repair work was going on , coridore ambience was not well. More importantly what we find that no of staffs are very limited and receiption team is not trained, Items were not replenished at the breakfast table.
