Location was good, although basic, we had everything we needed.

Shower was basic, and water pressure not that great.

Nice place - feels like you’re staying at someone’s house, comfy bed, food was good, Payal and Hans were great hosts. They organised an airport pickup and a trip to the border ceremony for us

It’s out side of the centre which is a good or bad thing depending on what you’re after, if you want to be near the golden temple then maybe this isn’t the place but if you want a quieter place away from the centre in a quieter residential location this could be for you but you’ll be relying on taxis and auto rickshaws to get into town

location is very good and good value for money - its not a hotel but a homestay - so if u don't want a hotel feel this is a good option

Cleanliness - a lot of scope for improvement - the room feels a bit run down and not very clean - including the bedsheets, towels, floor etc. Bathroom is so so - not clean. Too many rules - understand it is a home stay in a family home- which indeed is a lovely concept- but the 7 page long rule book- and so many rules completely took away our relaxation mode even though we stayed for one night. Basic rules are fine - Feels like a STRICT homestay
