Very clean, roomy, well-equipped kitchen and house. Great for a family with kids. New appliances. Laundry room and good bedding and towels. Thoughtful touches like books, games, first aid kit, matches, condiments. Private, quiet location, neighbors but not very close. 5 minutes to stores, restaurants and ferry.
Keypad entry malfunctioned. Couch too low for seniors. Upstairs full of low beds, but no chairs, no way to hang up clothes and nowhere to put a suitcase but the floor. Yard mowed but uninviting. Deluge of emails from Vacasa, repetitive and sometimes contradictory or not applicable to the property.

I like these old whidbey island homes.
Shower knob was tricky but workable.
