מקום יפיפה ופסטורלי, בסביבה שקטה וירוקה, החצר מקסימה וגם הבריכה. מארח מאד תקשורתי ואדיב, בודק כל הזמן אם צריך משהו, נותן המלצות ונמצא תמיד בסביבה. ארוחת הבוקר מגיעה בסלסלת פיקניק ואפשר לאכול אותה בחדר או בחוץ באחד המקומות המקסימים מסביב. ממליצה מאד.
היה מקסים ובכל זאת המקלחת בחדר שהיינו הייתה קצת צפופה..
