The WhatsApp way for communication with the hotel staff was great! It was super convenient when I needed assistance. There’s also the free washer and dryer for laundry and transportation to nearby stations are very much appreciated!

I would have like more variety for the breakfast spread though.

1. The location is excellent, and the parking lot is very convenient with plenty of spaces. 2. The room is very clean and relatively spacious by Japanese standards.

1. The training for front desk is not there. It took time to check-in just because she ask me to log-in the hotel system for room key. I totally understand it but she is not familiar with the process, and cannot guide me through it. It should be very easy but she explain it in a complex way. 2. We are two adult men, yet the room was set up with amenities intended for a mixed-gender couple; specifically, one pair of slippers and one yukata were too small. I suggest providing slippers and yukatas in various sizes, or ensuring that staff notice such mismatches between room amenities and guest needs at the front desk. 3. The time available for the hot spring bath was far too short—it closed as early as 9:30 PM—which compares very unfavorably to typical Japanese hotels. 4. In addition to the buffet, a main course could be ordered for breakfast, but the staff didn't mention this when showing me to my seat; I had to discover it myself and go place the order with a server. It felt like the service training was quite mediocre.

Good location and free transfers to restaurant in the area in the evening

Bathroom and as tiny even by Japanese standards. The only wash hand basin right next to the bed. We would never stay here again because of this.

Excellent mattress. Comfortable room and clean onsen.

Two things. On my arrival I entered my room, went to the toilet but while the toilet seat was clean, the base of the toilet was not properly cleared and that was my first impression. The second is that empty drink cans were not removed when the room was cleaned. Didn’t really understand why they were left behind
