The a/c couldn’t get cold and so it was a bit uncomfortable for people sleeping in the living room. But we flagged to the host but since I stay was short we declined them coming to put out the other a/c

Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado del edificio, no funcionaba correctamente y aunque nos pusieron uno portátil, no fue suficiente para una temperatura de 35 grados de calor. Esperemos lo solucionen pronto

The location was fabulous. As tourists, we were within easy walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Vatican, and so many other major attractions. There were excellent restaurants and a wide variety of shops, all within a short walk of the apartment. The Metro was nearby, providing easy access to a wider area of Rome if needed.

Given the excellent standard of the apartment, we felt it let itself down in the quality and quantity of the kitchen utensils and cooking pans. Specifically, the cutlery and crockery were poor; there were no bowls for dessert or breakfast, and no sharp knives for cooking or food preparation. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. Having said all that, we would absolutely book the apartment again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others considering a stay in Rome. The observations I have made are for constructive criticism, and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great spot, so central to everything, you can walk everywhere. Mattia, who met us to hand over the keys was great, really personable, especially with our children. He sent on some fabulous restaurant recommendations. The apartment was spotless and had everything you could need, and was very secure.

The only negative was the noise at night. The apartment is by a very busy and very noisy road, and the sound insulation just doesn't cut the noise out. If you're good with earplugs you'll be fine, if not, prepare for some disturbed nights!
