HOLYHOME PREMIUM 108

We booked apartment 108. We didn't get access Information the day before arrival as promised and when we did arrive other guests were in the apartment. Eventually we managed to contact the host who had put us in 106. We hadn't booked this apartment. A very stressful arrival

The apartment got no sun whatsoever and most of the limited sun loungers were broken

Great quiet location, within easy walk of beach and restaurants, sun on balcony for breakfast, well equipped and clean Apartment. Good security. Generally good value for money! Would be happy to stay there again.

Someone was sick in entrance to pool area and wasn't cleaned up all the time we were there. Didn't get email with key code until we phoned twice to ask for it. Email from booking.com said someone would be there to collect key from.

Everything was great, the apartment, the pool area and the location.

No complaints

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, and it felt very safe. It has a very convenient location—close to the sea and the beach, as well as the city center, where you can find various bars and restaurants. Right across the road, there is a store with a wide selection of products. The host was very responsive and helped resolve the issues.

The apartment was very dirty when we arrived, despite the fact that our flight landed early in the morning and check-in was only in the afternoon. So, after traveling all night with a layover, we had to wait for the room to be “cleaned”. The kitchen was covered in stains, the bed sheets were quite worn out and not at all fresh. I informed the host about this, and fortunately, she responded very quickly, was very understanding, and resolved the issues. They changed the bed linens and provided bottles of shower gel and shampoo. When we arrived, there were only two small bottles for two people, even though we were staying for a whole week.
