Everything was exceptionally good! Just that I sent some messages on the booking app and they haven’t responded at all. Not so good.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Zagreb. Apartment was very big.
Everything was a bit tired, dirty rugs, marks on the furniture, bin lid wouldn’t close, the rain shower head was almost falling off. The bedding was very average and communication was a bit hit and miss with the host. There was some massive fan running until midnight which we think was located in the car park underneath.

Location was great. Easy instructions on getting into the apartment. Apartment has everything you needed without being too small. Beds and pillow were comfortable.
The handheld shower head hose was coming out the wall. I was worried it was going to come off the wall.

Excellent location, Room was spacious and well equipped , modern look and style to an old building.
Upon arrival we had to ask for the duvet cover to be changed due to a stain. It appeared the room wasn’t cleaned properly prior to arrival, with toiletries clearly left behind by previous guests. The slippers in the wardrobe also had clearly been worn by previous guests also. Towels were of short supply and the heat was very uncomfortable in both bathroom and bedroom despite heated floors being turned off and aircon at max. Cutlery drawers also could do with a clean. Dissapointing all around.
