It was bright, cozy, clean, well equipped, quiet and in the perfect location. Short walk to cafes, restaurants and the beach.
The mattress was a little on the hard side. Perhaps it needs replacing with something more comfortable.

A nice, clean place. Lots of tea/coffee/chocolate etc which we did not use, but so nice to have just in case. I would for sure stay there again.
fridge - the bottom shelf is not usable as it has no "wall" so we could not store bottles of milk or mineral water, nice to have a floor heating in the bathroom but the kitchen floor is freezing, shoes got wet next to the door with the heavy rain in AP in july, not happy. a Very cold place with the electric blanket taking ages to heat up. the smart TV not so smart as it took ages to turn You Tube on as the guest. You should mention parking space height. Our Toyota Landcruiser could not park in the parking lot. Reverse cycle heating - noisy but can survive. Also, there is no wardrobe to store your clothes, which is not a problem for 2 nights stay, but for a longer stay a bit annoying.
