The Space:
Welcome to Esperanza – Your Modern Coastal Retreat in Apollo Bay
Perfectly positioned just 150 metres from the beach and 500 metres from the heart of Apollo Bay, Esperanza offers the ultimate combination of style, comfort, and convenience. Sleeping up to eight guests plus a port-a-cot, this spacious home is ideal for families or two groups travelling together. With everything within walking distance, you can leave the car behind and enjoy strolling to the beach, shops, and local cafés—or take advantage of the bicycles provided for a little extra adventure.
Set across two levels, Esperanza features two separate decks with beautiful outlooks of both the rolling hills and the sparkling ocean, making it easy to relax and soak in the coastal atmosphere. Inside, the open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, complete with a TV, DVD player, and a collection of books, movies, and puzzles to keep the whole family entertained—even on rainy days.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and large fridge, while the adjoining dining space makes mealtimes easy and enjoyable. A well-appointed laundry with washing machine adds to the convenience for longer stays.
This property is equipped with a Ring Doorbell for security purposes only. It is used during the off-season to help protect the property. There are no cameras inside the home.

Overall good property for family holidays but let down by poorly maintained BBQ and corroding outdoor furniture.

The property is clean and spacious and suitable for big group travelers. It is situated in handy location to shops and beach. You need to bring your own sheets or sleeping bags. There was no dryer or washing machine detergent during our stay.

Great property, just needs a bit of love and maintenance to get it right again. Fridge leaked water all over our food from ? from above freezer so had to throw food out we had prepared. BBQ in poor condition-rusty, aged, not clean therefore didn’t feel happy to use it. Average cleaning prior to us arriving, taps grotty. Generally tired.
Pillow cover shredded, some bedding stained. Doonas didn’t fit covers.
Putting green outside not usable- holes full of leaves, no putters.
Poor shower water pressure downstairs and had to fix shower head upstairs so it would stay upright.
Okay otherwise close to beach, town. Quiet. Rooms, space good.
